had 2nd class yesterday yesterday!
erm...i think we can improve more la...
as in the drills part...
maybe individually we are good...
but i don think when we do drills together...we are that good la...
so...maybe is because we lack practice...
or also because we did not learn our drills well..
or maybe is the weather...
matabolism rate decrease on a hot day...

or is all this just excuses that we made up( or rathe I made up) for the squad failure i would say...

i remember we wasn't like that during NCO course...
i think we perform better during jNCO course...

okay...
then people hear this...
i think it is true when we individually improve and not improve as a whole...
we actually "tui bu" ?
then i would rather we don't improve...
i would rather not improve individually...
what is the point?

and also whats the point of me writing down all this?
when no one will look...
and worse still OTHER people that is not suppose to look...

and is promotion that important?
maybe thats the case for me in the past...
but when i see my squad...
and i see myself...
and i see the unit...
i think...
promotion is still long long long way ahead...
so i don think anyone will be staff anywhere soon...
or even the whole squad of SGT...
coz ppl that call us to respect each other...
don even respect us...

pls throw away how you view US in the past...
we have pass that already...
we are NCO now...
not cadet...
so view us different...
