i am super proud of myself yesterday okay
went to ODAC trail
went there stretch
then started warm up 1 round on the outermost lane
then started the "endurance run"
i think the run should be rename "run till you drop"
then we keep on running and running and running and running
and running and running and running
and running and running and running
and running and running and running
and running and running and running
and running and running and running
and running and running and running
and running and running and running
and running and running and running
...etc.
i guess i ran about 20 plus round on the 7/8 lanes la(thats around EIGHT km!!!)
felt so proud of meself, that my limit already i think i have surpass my limit already la!
so excited that i got through the first trail!
and i have a H2 mathematics lecture test tommorow!
shall go CONTINUE MUGGING!
